His tenure at NAHCO Plc, where he served as the General Manager, External Affairs and Head, Corporate Services, is a testament to his leadership capabilities. Prior to his roles at NAHCO Plc, Mr. Gulma held leadership positions at several financial institutions, including Afribank, First Inland Bank, Nub International Bank, International Trust Bank, Peoples Bank of Nigeria, and the Sokoto State Government.
