NAHCO Management Services Limited’s consortium was appointed by the Federal Government as the preferred bidder in the concessioning of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos. The TAV/NAHCO/PROJECT PLANET LIMITED consortium outbid competitors to win the concession of Nigeria’s premier airport in October 2022.

Incorporated in Nigeria under federal laws, NAHCO Management Services (NMS) Limited is a full-service aviation management and support service provider. NMS has a complete and comprehensive service approach that aims to create real value for all aviation stakeholders (Government, airlines, tenants, users, customers, and other community members). At NMS we see ourselves as a strategic partner needed to successfully build and grow a more efficient, holistic airport industry in Nigeria.

NMS aims to provide world class service and support to airports, aviation businesses, and others who have a vested interest in general aviation and air carrier activity. NMS’ business activities cover the following:

NAHCO places a high premium on safety and security in line with international conventions and standards.

Right from the aircraft through the bulk breaking to warehousing, cargo is maximally secured. NAHCO  security operatives work 24/7 in concert with other security agencies at the airports to secure clients’ shipment and ensure hitch-free operations.

Our warehouses in Lagos have acres of spaces and able to accommodate all sizes of cargo. Information on stacked cargo or any cargo entering the warehouse is controlled by our Galaxy system for easy tracing. We have special storage facilities to take care of perishables, dangerous goods or radio-active cargo and valuables.

To ensure seamless movement of cargo in and out of the warehouses, we have new functional tractors and forklifts of different tonnages. Once the process of documentation is completed, cargo is delivered to customers without delay.

Our MMIA, Lagos warehouse has the capacity to handle 230,000 and 60,000 tonnes of import and export cargo respectively per annual.

The semi-automated warehouse incorporates mechanical conveying system and frictionless raised platform (castor mat area) in addition to the reconstruction of the access road and working floor areas which enhances the speed and efficiency of the cargo handling processes.

Other facilities in the warehouse are an ultra-modern cold room, sophisticated security gadgets including round – the – clock CCTV, large strong room, vault, dangerous goods room as well as facilities for storage of human remains.
