Aderinsola Alabi

Aderinsola (Derin) Alabi is the Head of Legal Services & Company Secretariat of NAHCO PLC. Derin is a seasoned legal professional with over nine years of fruitful experience in the corporate and commercial legal sectors. She holds an LL.B from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, and an LL.M from the University of Dundee, Scotland. Derin previously worked with Debo Akande (SAN) LLP where she was the Head of the Corporate and Commercial Department. Derin was with the law firm of Debo Akande for more than five productive years. Prior to that, she worked at Hudson Brown Barristers & Solicitors, and Pac Solicitors. Derin’s passion for providing strategic legal advisory services and sound analysis aimed at fostering business growth makes her an excellent fit for this role. Her well-rounded background and commitment to excellence are important qualities the Company would be looking at maximising in her present position.
