Chioma Queen Offor

Chioma Queen Offor heads the Key Account Management, Commercial and Business Development Department of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (nahco aviance). She joined the NAHCO team in May 2018, bringing her wealth of knowledge, skill set and experience in business development, banking and finance, to strengthen the market-facing end of the organisation.

A focused, energetic, and tenacious business development enthusiast, with strong work ethics and knack for service excellence, she has strong leadership skills with a proven track record of achievement on given key result areas.

Chioma holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from the prestigious University of Ibadan, Nigeria, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Lagos State University, Nigeria, specializing in Human Resources Management. She also holds the Senior Management Programme Certificate (SMP) of the Lagos Business School, Lagos, Nigeria.

With a rewarding 16-year banking career at Fidelity Bank Plc. Nigeria, which saw her rise to the management cadre, Chioma’s robust professional exposure and functional banking experience spans relationship management and customer services, consumer, commercial and corporate banking areas. Following her opting for a voluntary exit from banking in 2016, she co-founded Ivy Heights Professional Services Limited, a management consulting firm, with focus on Human Capital Management Services, Outsourcing, Strategy and Business Development.

Chioma has attended several senior management, leadership, and professional development courses at various institutions, including, The Harvard University, Massachusetts, U.S.A, Lagos Business School, Lagos, Nigeria, The Institute of Directors (IOD), Nigeria and The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria (CIPMN).

Others include International Finance Corporation (IFC) and The International Air Transport Association (IATA). She is also an Associate member of Women in Management, Business & Public Services (WIMBIZ), Nigeria. A Philanthropist and strong believer in family values, Chioma is happily married with children.
