Mrs. Solape Koledoye

Mrs. Solape Koledoye is a professional auditor with diverse experience spanning over 30 years in Auditing, Accounting and Finance management.
She trained and worked with Akintola Williams & Co. (Chartered Accountants) now Deloitte and Gulf Bank Plc (merged with UBA Plc) before joining NAHCO Plc in 2005.
She held progressive leadership positions with the Company at different times as Procurement Manager, Cargo Accounts Manager and Finance Manager interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders. Solape obtained her HND in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi, an MBA (Finance) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and she is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She has attended various courses in Procurement, Budgeting and Budgetary Control, Station Management among others. She heads the Internal Audit & Compliance Department.
Mrs. Mary Ezaga
AGM, Commercial & Business Development
Mary Ezaga, AGM, Customer Experience & New Ventures, Commercial & Business Development at nahco aviance. Until December 2023, she led the team in Marketing & Business Development activities at the Nahco Free Trade Zone, a subsidiary of NAHCO Plc.
She is a passionate, committed, hardworking marketing communications strategist and professional with long standing experience in brands management, marketing and business development.
Over the years, she has had the opportunity to build, nurture and grow different blue-chip brands at different stages of their product life cycles and their development. Some of the brands she manged in her portfolio over the years are Nestle Nutrition Corporate & the Cerelac brands, Coke Zero, Multichoice (DSTV/MNET), GSK, First Bank, Fidelity Bank, Southern Sun, Unilever Corporate & Royco, etc.
She worked with one of the leading marketing communications agency – Prima Garnet Ogilvy and Sidmach Technologies Limited, a leading ICT based company amongst other organisations. Mary Ezaga is an alumnus of the University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Federal Government Girls College, Sagamu and Reagan Memorial Baptist Girls Secondary, Yaba Lagos. She has attended a number of professional courses and training programmes both locally and internationally. She is married and blessed with children.
Mr. Charles Karinga
GSE Manager
Charles Murathe Karinga is a well-travelled technical expert in Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
He has a great wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of equipment deployed in modern airports across the globe.
Karinga has over the years built a deep vault of experience in the aviation ground handling operations. For more than 20 years, he has worked with world-renowned aviation powerhouses like Swissport Kenya, Kikama Trading Ltd, Issco & Consultants Ltd and now nahco aviance.
His experience over the years included tour of duty as Technical Coordinator and later Maintenance Manager at Swissport Kenya, Technical and Commercial Director at Kikama Tradings Ltd., where he oversees all maintenance solution strategies. At Issco & Consultants Ltd, he was Technical Director, a role that afford him the opportunity to provide Support and Consultancy services to a host of aviation service providers.
At NAHCO, Karinga is Head of GSE’s team, a critical role where he oversees the optimum output of the vast array of nahco aviance’ multi-billion dollars equipment. Charles is an alumnus of Murang’a University College of Technology and also Kenya polytechnic.
