Mr. Adekunle Obadina

Adekunle is a member of the Senior Management Team in NAHCO and currently leads the Group Human Resource & Organization Design department. He is experience in translating Corporate Strategies to Human Resources Initiatives.
Kunle’s 23 years industry and consulting experience span Organization Design, HR Transformation, Change Management, Learning and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Competency Framework Development and Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Talent Management, HR strategy Formulation, and Implementation. Adekunle has worked in various sectors including Aviation, Power, Oil and Gas, Agriculture, Food and Beverage, Education, and FMCG.
Adekunle is a graduate of Psychology from the University of Ado-Ekiti, with a post graduate degree (Masters of Managerial Psychology) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Also, an SMP graduate of the prestigious Lagos Business School.
He is an Associate Member (ACIPMN) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources -International℠ (SPHRi℠ ) with the Human Resources Certification Institute
Mr. Ahmed Bashir Gulma

Ahmed Bashir Mohammed Gulma is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in the financial services industry. His career is marked by a progression through various leadership roles spanning internal audit, compliance, human resources, and external affairs. This diverse background equips him with a comprehensive understanding of organizational operations and a strategic mindset.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gulma has demonstrated a strong ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals. His tenure at NAHCO Plc, where he served as the General Manager, External Affairs and Head, Corporate Services, is a testament to his leadership capabilities. In these roles, he successfully managed relationships with government agencies, regulators, and investors, while overseeing crucial functions such as human resources, procurement, infrastructure, and security.
Prior to his roles at NAHCO Plc, Mr. Gulma held leadership positions at several financial institutions, including Afribank, First Inland Bank, Nub International Bank, International Trust Bank, Peoples Bank of Nigeria, and the Sokoto State Government. His experience in these roles has provided him with a deep understanding of accounting principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Gulma’s skill set encompasses financial analysis, risk management, regulatory compliance, human resource management, internal audit and controls, relationship building, communication, strategic planning, problem-solving, leadership, and team management. He is proficient in computer applications and platforms, and possesses strong integrity, work ethic, and a passion for success.
A strong believer in continuous learning, Mr. Gulma has consistently sought to enhance his knowledge and skills through participation in various training programs. His commitment to professional development is evident in his pursuit of academic qualifications, including a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto, and a Bachelor of Science in Management (Banking and Finance) from the same institution.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Gulma enjoys reading, teaching, football, and traveling.
Mr. Adeoye Emiloju

Mr. Adeoye Emiloju is not just another face in the finance world; he is a seasoned veteran with over three decades of experience etched into his impressive career. A natural aptitude for finance is interwoven with an unquenchable thirst for success, making him a true go-getter.
His journey began in 1993, taking him from LM Ericsson (Nigeria) Limited and Globe Reinsurance Plc to the pivotal role he held at The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (SPDC). Each step on this non-stop climb up the corporate ladder solidified his reputation as a skilled and capable financial leader.
Versatility is another hallmark of Adeoye’s career. He has donned many hats throughout the years, excelling in roles ranging from Business Accountant and Head of Payroll to Senior Business Analyst, Chief Accountant, and Business Finance Manager. But titles are just one piece of the puzzle. His dedication extends far beyond, evident in his tireless work ethic and commitment to building strong relationships with partners, government agencies, and industry movers and shakers.
Formal qualifications further bolster his expertise. Adeoye holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic and is a distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). His thirst for knowledge doesn’t stop there, as evidenced by his pursuit of additional training in SAP, Risk & Insurance and Strategy. He is also an esteemed alumnus of IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland – a testament to his commitment to continuous learning.
Since joining the company in May 2019, Adeoye has persistently become a force to be reckoned with. His wealth of experience, sharp intuition, and keen intellect have made a significant impact in the Company.
