Kunle’s 23 years industry and consulting experience span Organization Design, HR Transformation, Change Management, Learning and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Competency Framework Development and Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Talent Management, HR strategy Formulation, and Implementation. Adekunle has worked in various sectors including Aviation, Power, Oil and Gas, Agriculture, Food and Beverage, Education, and FMCG.
Adekunle is a graduate of Psychology from the University of Ado-Ekiti, with a post graduate degree (Masters of Managerial Psychology) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Also, an SMP graduate of the prestigious Lagos Business School.
He is an Associate Member (ACIPMN) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources -International℠ (SPHRi℠ ) with the Human Resources Certification Institute
