His outstanding leadership, coordination, and training skills are pivotal in harmonizing efforts of multifaceted groups, ensuring cohesive operations across international borders
Before NACHO, Didier served as a leader in ground handling organisations across Oman, Turkey, and France. He also held the position of Founder and Managing Director at Swiss Airports Services Consulting, based in Genolier, Switzerland, where his strategic vision still influences the aviation industry.

Mrs. Bisi Bakare
raq3h2025-05-21T08:15:48+00:00Mrs. Adebisi Oluwayemisi Bakare holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, complemented by diplomas and certifications in data processing from Debis Professional Institute, Government Technical College (National Directorate of Employment) (Secretariat Course) Idi – Aba, Abeokuta, Ogun state, IFRS Awareness Training for Audit Committee members of listed companies, Governance, Risk Management and Audit Committee effectiveness.
Mrs. Bakare’s career began as a Confidential Secretary at Sunnaco Nigeria Limited from 1994-2001, and General Secretary of the Independent Shareholders Association of Nigeria (ISAN) from 2001-2007, where she was involved in promoting shareholder rights and effective collaboration among stakeholders.
She is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bakars’ Weavon and Cosmetics Ventures Ltd from 2008 till date. She is the National Coordinator of Pragmatic Shareholders Association of Nigeria (PSAN), where her strategic leadership and dedication to advancing shareholder interests have been instrumental in driving advocacy efforts and fostering transparency in corporate governance practices across the nation. She won shareholder of the year for consecutive years.
Mrs. Bakare has served on the Statutory Audit Committee of Ardova PLC, John Holt Nigeria PLC and Nigerian Aviation Handling Company PLC. She is currently a member of the Statutory Audit Committee of Geregu Power PLC, GNI Insurance PLC, AXA Mansard Insurance PLC and Board of Trustees of MRS Oil Nigeria PLC on scholarship.
She attended various seminars and workshops organised by the capital market regulators on capital market courses, corporate governance, risk management and audit committee effectiveness.

Revd. Victor Abimbola Olaiya
raq3h2025-05-21T08:16:26+00:00Reverend Victor Abimbola Olaiya, born in 1956, is a distinguished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. He holds an Ordinary National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Yaba College of Technology (1977), a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ife (1981) and Master of Business Administration from the University of Lagos in 1988.
Reverend Olaiya is a well noted member of several professional bodies, including the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He further expanded his knowledge base by obtaining a Bachelor of Theology degree from the Baptist College of Theology, Lagos.
His illustrious career spanning over three decades in the oil and gas sector includes roles such as Facilities Engineer, Drilling Engineering and Operations, and General Manager, Venture Relations Department of the Upstream Affiliates of ExxonMobil.
In addition to his corporate accomplishments, Reverend Olaiya has made significant contributions to the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), serving as the Chairman of Lagos Section 61 in 1988. His commitment to service extends beyond the corporate world, as evidenced by his tenure as the pastor of New Insight Baptist Church, Ogudu, Lagos, from which he retired in October 2021 after nearly seven years of dedicated service.
