Mrs. Abimbola Adunola Adebakin is a highly accomplished leader with over 29 years of experience spanning diverse fields like stock broking, banking, management consulting, and training. She excels as both a versatile trainer and proficient management consultant, having led teams on projects encompassing strategy development, human resources, organizational development, and change management. Her training repertoire covers strategic management, leadership development, corporate governance, entrepreneurship and workplace productivity.
A certified trainer by the IFC in Corporate Governance and Entrepreneurship, Mrs. Adebakin is also CBN-certified to train microfinance bank operators. She transitioned from leading FITC Consulting to establish EPS Performance Improvement Limited, a firm dedicated to partnering with businesses and individuals to optimize performance. Furthermore, she manages a business incubation center, providing coaching and advisory services to startups and small businesses.
Adebakin’s educational background is impressive. She holds a second class upper division degree in Biochemistry from the University of Benin, a Master’s degree from the University of Ibadan, and MBA from the University of Lagos. She actively contributes to the Learning and Development Network in Nigeria as the national Treasurer and is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in the USA.
