Fasuyi Olufemi Gbolabo is an accomplished aviation professional currently serving as the Head, Ground Operations Nationwide at NAHCO Plc. His career trajectory within the organization is a testament to his transformative leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence, having ascended the ranks from his initial appointment as a Flight Services Officer 1 immediately following his National Youth Service.
Over the years, he has held a series of pivotal roles that have shaped the company’s operational success, including serving as a Ramp Supervisor, Duty Manager, Cargo Import Manager, and Cargo Services Manager.
Before assuming his current national oversight, Fasuyi most recently served as the Head of Lagos Operations. His extensive leadership portfolio also includes tenures as the Station Manager for Domestic Operations and the Station Manager/Regional Manager for Northern Operations in Abuja.
Known for his ability to lead through personal example and foster strong team collaboration, he played an instrumental role in the significant transformation of the company’s Cargo Export division and the organization’s overall growth. This deep industry expertise has been further sharpened through his participation in numerous specialized Aviation Certification Courses.
Fasuyi’s professional foundation is supported by a solid academic background, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Ibadan and a Master’s degree in Transportation Planning and Management from the University of Lagos. His dedication to advancing the field of logistics is evidenced by his Chartered Membership status with the Institute of Logistics and Transport in both Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
